Bylaw Amendment - 2025

As you may know, the Board of Directors of Coeur Du Lac Condominiums Association, Inc. (the “Association”) began the process of modernizing and rewriting the Association’s Bylaws. As you would expect given the age of the Bylaws, they are antiquated, do not comply with current Colorado law in many instances, contain vague provisions, and are missing key provisions. Enclosed for your approval are the 2025 Amended and Restated Bylaws of Coeur Du Lac Condominiums Association, Inc. (the “Amended and Restated Bylaws”). The Amended and Restated Bylaws will replace all prior versions of the Bylaws, as well as any amendments to those prior versions.

Purpose of the Written Ballot: To enable the Owners of Units in Coeur Du Lac Condominiums Association, Inc. (the “Association”) to vote on whether to approve the 2025 Amended and Restated Bylaws of Coeur Du Lac Condominiums Association, Inc. (the “Amended and Restated Bylaws”). Owners have received copies of the proposed Amended and Restated Bylaws and an explanatory letter for their review.

Once you have reviewed, we ask that you vote to approve the Amended and Restated Bylaws and return your executed Written Ballot to any member of the Board of Directors or by U.S. Mail or email to Gwen Ballard, our Community Association Manager, by no later than June 30, 2025, at:
